I'd say wigfrid. In some cultures eating others was claimed to embue you with their strength. I don't know how dedicated wigfrid is to her actor role but if she was really 'bout that life she'd be the top threat.

I don't think it would be possible for her to do that unless klei adds edible organs in dst lol.
