Suggestion: can Pigs stay calm on boats?

Pigs fighting monkeys seems to be an intended way to deal with pirate raids, but as they are now, Pigs stand there oinking at you every few seconds with the most maddeningly repetitive oink all day, and then run panicked all around your boat during dusk unless you keep the fire fueled. Neither of these things really make it more difficult to have a crew of Pigmen, it just... makes it really really annoying. Is it possible that Pigs could quiet down and act more calm when on a boat?

Dude, if they do that they might just wanna go all in, and chill them out during dusk/dawn entirely

Complete 180° to the point here, but now I want to see pigs extend the plank and abandon ship when dusk hits.

If we do get another look at followers it'd be nice to get a move command to get them to move out of the wave of things or avoid you for a short time.(here's looking at you Woby!) This becomes a big issue when your placing or planting things even more so if your using a big horde with Webber or Wurt.

if you give a pirate bananda hat to a pig it shouldn't panic on a boat and should help you row and stuff too

They're not suggesting pigs to be calmed down during dusk or night, they're suggesting they stay calm on boats. I don't see why that'd make the devs prevent pigs from panicking during dusk and night entirely.

Why should they get over their fear of the dark just because they're in an even scarier situation floating above a vast ocean?

Wouldn’t equipping a deck Illuminator keep them in the light and calmed down? Also- I sincerely hope your not planning to have them on the boat with you during a full moon.
