Can we get priorities on recreation buildings?

There are some recreation buildings with nice boosts that last for several cycles, and there are some with modest boosts that last a cycle of less.  If we could set priorities for recreation buildings, we could ensure our dupes use the more efficient ones (like jukebots) first before using the less efficient ones (like phones).

Or make dupes smarter about their rec building preferences. It seems that dupes overly value short term high morale buffs rather than doing a fair assessment of the "morale buff x buff duration / building use time". Like dupes freaking love the Soda Fountain with its +4 morale for 0.8 cycles and 30 second use time, yet a dupe in the same amount of time could use both the Jukebot and Arcade Cabinet and have a total of +4 morale for 3.95 cycles, even with the +1 science for 0.8 cycles from the Soda Fountain the Dupe decision making does not seem good to me.

Best would be both: if dupes prefer to get as much morale for their time, but you can also use priorities to override their preference for if you think you know better.

They might have ahigher priority on phones for the sole reason that they are more effecive when there`s a dupe on both sides. Other than that it`s hard to tell.
