Willow vs. Winters Feast's Klaus: Freezing and burning spells.

Hello lovely people.

As some of you may or may not know, Klaus's Stash is available all year during Winter's Feast, this brings some variety to the fight since you can fight Klaus on autumn, summer or spring.

As Willow, what I usually do for winter is: carry a hot/warm thermal stone, dodge freezing spell as much as I can and tank during burning spell, this way I lose less health and sanity when freezing (Willow's cons) and keep the stone warm to counter the cold at the price of some overheating damage. This is simple.

But on summer this fight turns complicated for me because I don't know how to manage Willow's temperature for Klaus's spells, it's hard to manage both heat from summer and burning spells and cold from freezing spells. Should I wear cool gear for freezing spell and carry a warm thermal stone for burning spell? Or should I wear warm gear and carry a cold stone? Maybe should I carry both a cold and hot stone?  

Also, if Willow is imnune to fire damage but is riding a beefalo, does the beefalo take damage from the burning spell? As far as I see Willow loses health from the overheating but I can't tell if the beef takes damage from being on fire. 

Could you answer these questions or share how you manage the temperature conflict during summer? Thanks!

why not just summon a polar star or build a endothermic campfire?

when deers start to cast spells, i just run away as fast as possible, then cool myself down with a feather fan if needed.

for a battle i wear an eyebrella and a wooden armor, because I always kite bosses if I can

i never tried summer klaus as willow but with enough speed you can get far away of klaus while is summoning the fire spell so the deer doesnt cast it, in that way you can focus only in the ice spell

You can use ice staff on gem deer to freeze it in one hit. You can hit the other one with torch it probably won't die. You can run away while the cast is happening. You can probably handle overheating damage with some healing. You can have cold thermal stone and it won't overhead faster from fire attack (I think). 

If I'm willow I like to burn ice deer for fun to make klaus always use fire one and just tank him. 

Never fought in summer but should be the same just with reversed thermal

Insulation clothes always suck at klaus be it summer or winter so don't use them

Both sound good, I could even force the stash to spawn in a specific spot and build an endo fire pit and carry a warm/hot stone.
