Gurgel
After having flown and landed again, my Radbolt Engine continues to put out 7300 Rads/cycle left and right where you could place Radbolt Generators, with no sign of decay. That means for 480W you can refill the engine from its own radiation in just 6 cycles or with 960W in 3 cycles. No idea whether this is intended or a bug, but probably the best radiation source at the moment seems to be the Radbolt Engine, and it does it for free after having flown once. Edit: Two more flights and after the second one now nothing. Seems broken to me.
DolphinWing
I remember in my old plays if you save your file when radbolt rocket is in space. Reload the game and land the rocket will make it emit rads continuously. Launch it and land again can fix it. But I have not use radbolt engine in recent play. KonfigSys
I had a similar story on the regolith asteroid. The rocket landed there and emitted radiation constantly. Also it was a lot of CO2. Later I reload the game and CO2 disappeared and radiation decayed rapidly.
mackhuffer
I seem to be able to consistently trigger this by sending the rocket to an orbit tile, waiting a short amount of time, and then landing it. I started doing that because of the UI issues when you try to land a rocket with the exact amount of fuel onboard. I filed this as an exploit if anyone can add to it:
