It gets rather boring when I play by myself, so any amount of people interested would be greatly appreciated. I tried playing solo, but it is just frustrating half of the time, with tasks upon tasks to be done before attempting the fun challenges, but when I got to play with a handful a couple of hours ago, it was crazy fun! The problem is, they were doing tasks I was not aware of, so I felt like a burden on the team and left. Anyway, wish I could play with some of you. If you're looking for more regular play mate, try joining some Discord servers, there's plenty of people looking to play there. Mike23Ua Posted September 18, 2021 Share Posted September 18, 2021 If your on Xbox, my gamer tag is Riplings- I sometimes join random servers just to try to help out, most the time I will build all the basic survival stuff somewhere randomly on the map before everyone but myself usually dies or quits playing around winter. Also: DST is a Sandbox game so WHAT you plan to do in it is entirely up to you.. and in fact- the way characters are designed even straight up encourages this. With some characters needing to go to certain areas to obtain the items they need for their characters abilities. Such as: Wendy and Pipspook in a graveyard and her very own Wendy exclusive quest to help them find lost belongings. OR As useless as it may be- Wigfrid and out to sea to get spittle fish for her song scroll (I do not care one bit if people don’t use this scroll that’s irrelevant to my point.. Wigfrid HAS this as something in her Kit and anyone wanting that scroll will need to go visit a school of spittle fish.) Even the new character Wanda needs to locate Marble, Red Gems, Bone Shards, Living Logs, Nightmare Fuel & Thelucite. And unless your in some strict server where the host wants to rush to kill every boss before X days- Then doing your own thing is perfectly fine. I do Roleplay Servers every day (unless school gets in my way or burn out hits me for a day) It's mostly on DST where we play sinarios with the survivors and Queen charlie making evil shadow clones of the crew.
