What i mean is when you revive yourself with an item that is core part of the character you revive with your items on your feet so that makes no difference if she has items on her inventory or not. And i don't think Klei actually designs anything thinking oh well that can be buggy on endless (even though she isn't broken, having a weapon is literally nothing, the biggest problem when returning to your body will and always be freezing/heat/light).
