Not the rocket wont take off. it has enough it cost 25% fuel to get there. it will cost 25% to go back. but the rocket simply wont go the launch sequence. The Unreachable Storage/module, I donno what that is. It says "Pilot requested at control station" in one of those screenshots which I believe means that it will launch as soon as the pilot sits at the control station. Is that station disabled or missing? Either he can`t reach the control station for some reason or maybe he`s got downtime or fell asleep. Looks like everything about the rocket is fine it`s the pilot that`s slacking. The unreachable module/storage prompt is likely beacause there is no atmo suit and other dupes can`t reach those. Shouldn`t prevent the rocket from starting though. If it does then it`s a bug. This was a change made in the latest update.
