Add option for more dangerous diseases and effects

This is for both Classic, the Big Merge and Breath of Fresh Air Updates.

Please add a more detailed difficulty option for diseases. Diseases as it stands in the game now is a minor inconvenience and is not a challenge. Most people ignore it. The medical line becomes much less important and the game, especially starting out is much easier even on max difficulty on Oasisse. 

In addition to what diseases/illness does now it should:

  • Diseases/food poisoning should make dupes stressed
  • Food poisoning should have the potential to cause vomiting (polluted water) and Dupes suffer a calorie loss when vomiting
  • Bathroom use speed should be affected
  • Slimelung would be lethal after a period of time if not cured

An example of these features is from the outdated Diseases Restored Mod by Skyrunner which "restores diseases to their former glory, making sanitation an important part of a successful colony. Food poisoning is more of a nuisance and slimelung is lethal once more".

As a newbie, I have played using the new features of the big merge update with all vanilla options including diseases on the max difficulty on Oasisse and found it too easy to get started and to get to mid game. With classic and the same settings using the modified diseases, it was much more of a challenge (as it should be on that level) and the diseases/food poisoning really affects the balance of Dupes stress, which in turn affects production, which in turn affects food supply and other functions and can lead to death of the colony if not managed. I had to be concerned about sanitation from the start and something as simple as food poisoning could become a real issue stress-wise and production-wise if my dupes ignored it.

IMO the basic diseases should have stages like the radiation sickness. If dupes are constantly exposed to the germs or whatever causes the disease it should extend the duration and have a chance to make the disease worse.

That actually is part of the mod I mentioned. All this should be part of the base game. A Difficulty option of course, as I'm sure not everyone would want it but options cover all your customer base then.

Once I lost colony from slimelung. I dig slime biome too fast (around 20 cycle), and all my dupes get sick. In same time I play with max difficulty for disease, and +100% hunger. Toilet was build in CO2 pit, and duplicants go there did not make their dirty things because of CO2, suffocate and run away. Breath a little, then run into toilet again, and again and again. Now I think I could disable toilet completely, and they would pee in pants, and may be it could save me, but I got this idea only now. In that time I lost 3 dupes before 25 cycle because of starvation, which happen because they run in toilet, and they run in toilet because of slimelung. So, actually, disease could make a problem even now. But in normal difficulty they just ignore germs.

I wish we could get a poisonous critter (maybe make the beeta poisonous) so you need antivenom for dupes that get hit by them. A disease that thrives in cold (present in the colder biomes) that makes dupes narcoleptic or one that makes them consume double food. There are many options that could be still explored.
