The other advantage to have the puft prince "outside" of the ranching section is an optimisation of the polluted oxygen use. A classic puft create slime with a 95% conversion rate. The puft prince have a conversion rate of only 5%. With the water bubble trick, the puft prince is inside the ranching room, but stay confined.Automatisation : On a top : a small system that manage the eggs and the ressources. MinhPham Posted March 18, 2021 Share Posted March 18, 2021 The weight plate can detect from 0.1kg to 2000kg. but you need to input manually, the slide limit at 3. You can also feed the "prince" so it can excrete some slime periodically, thus reset the counter. If nothing found on the weight plate for xxx seconds you can safely decide that it's dead. Occam Blazer Posted March 22, 2021 Share Posted March 22, 2021 Nice innovation. I simplified the logic a bit by using a rail element sensor set to meat to reset the prince balcony door. Automation Spoiler Everything on the grooming side goes into the top-left conveyor loader. The logic drops a puft egg in the puddle if the ranch is short on critters. Materials continue on the rail to the prince balcony. There are two logic circuits in there. The top circuit drops a prince egg if waiting room does not have one already. The bottom circuit detects when the prince exits the waiting room with a falling-edge detector on a critter sensor (sensor - not - and) which resets the door. When the prince dies its meat goes out on a different rail and the meat sensor opens up the door for the next prince. This will break if a puft dies in the puddle on the grooming side of the ranch. I have a signal switch to start up the system and reset the prince logic circuit in case of breakage. Shipping Spoiler I intend to use pufts for bbq and pWater for oxygen.
