beeper Posted March 18, 2021 Share Posted March 18, 2021 My based turned 100. I am pretty happy with where it stands. The plan is to eventually have 32 dupes. Food will be from 100 Bristle Blossoms. That will be tight, but I figure there will be some random calories from the printer and critters dyeing from old age that should cover the gap. If need be I can make mush bars or a small mealwood farm. O2 will come from the electorlyzer setup at the top. I will need around 4.4 tons of water per cycle. Hopefully the two cool steam geysers and salt water geyser will cover that. I have a couple of big pools of water at the bottom sitting in a cold biome that should last me until I can tame the geysers. Power is coming from the two natural gas geysers off to the side. Both already went dormant so I should be fine until I can get oil up and running. Right now cooling is coming from dumping hot water into the electrolyzers and cooling the water for the plants in a cold biome. The plan is to head to the bottom and grab a couple of tons of oil. Got locavore and canivore around same time, but supersustainable is impossible for me. It's sadomazo achievement, have no idea how you did it. For me, the key was to realize I can get more done with 16+ dupes than I can with 4 and that releasing chlorine and slime lung are not a huge deal.
