I know this bug, I have experienced it 50 times in 20 hours recently. Its got to do with med-beds, multiple colonies and sometimes dead/graves. The dupe gets kind of de-registered from a colonies surface ( happens on medbeds and ladders ) and it looses its assignment to a specific colony. Its one of the bugs which keeps me from playing the game for now. @Ipsquiggle For me its a game breaking bug, it ruins my play fun. @JoeW Can you move this thread to the bug section?
