The nulear stuff was barely added yesterday and it will take at least another update for all the nuclear stuff to be in. That`s 3 weeks for the preview build and 5 weeks for the live one. After that we will likely have more content patches. There are still things like the "dna station something" leaked and there is still no temporal tear on the starmap. I`d say 3-4 more updates at least until the core content is there so about 3 months before they will focus on blancing tweaks and bugfixing.
