It's just that 10 cycles have already passed since the needle berries were grown, but there was still no recipe. Then I re-entered the game, the recipe turned up. It should show as you harvest them, not on planting. The recipie needs the ingredient to be discoved so won`t appear until at least a single berry is harvested.
