And also automation port to move signals between worlds? Maybe it gets unlocked by researching additional science? Some locking mechanism. Maybe the dupe teleporter allows for automation. While the matter tube allows power hook-ups. I prefer the idea of them being unified, but whatever. If need be, make it when the player sets up a porta printer, things can then be synchronized.
