Can't remember all the tab code names for AddTab(" ")

So I'm trying to mess around with all types of tabs that have AddTag: and AddComponent   like for an example here's one for the use of Walter's slingshot:

Is there any others that you guys know? I want to have fun playing around with those

Warly has the expertchef, professionalchef and masterchef tags, giving yourself at least the latter two lets you use the portable crockpot and other things.

Does this work like c_freecrafting() but instead of all recipes it gives character specific recipes?

No it gives you abilities of the character like bernieowner is for Willow's teddy bear Bernie, making it so that you can equip Bernie.
