World Customization update, when ?

So, someone asked me today to make a mod to remove Rockjaws for a public server and this reminded me that I had to make this topic months ago now... or maybe I did and I can't remember :apathy:, but I'm sure I can't be the only one who asked for this.

It's just a very simple suggestion : add options on this menu please, it has been 3 years since the last one (Antlion update).

It's not something I use a lot myself but I know a lot of you use it to have more peaceful or hardcore worlds cuz why not. Right now, a lot of things have arrived in the game and you can't configure any of this, not only Rockjaws, but also the Lunar Island content (Anenemy, Gestalt...), Sea Stacks and Sea Weeds, Cookie Cutters and salt biomes, the Malbatross, fish shoals, Wobsters, Wavey Jones... and another dozen of possible options.

It would not only be nice to have the ability to disable them cause it could be helpful, but also adding more or lots of them could be fun on certain world presets. So I'm very curious, why is there nothing new ? Are the devs waiting for the end of RoT to finally add them or is World config menu completely forgotten now ?

Yeah, it's something I've fixed with this mod cause I don't think this will ever be changed unfortunately. :wilsondisapproving:

When was configuration added for ANR? If it was at the end of ANR then I think the same will happen there too. Configuration being added at the end of RoT.

It has been added along the updates, disease configurations at the disease update as well as a bonus config for forest petrification, I'm almost sure it was the same for Antlion... this actually reminds me there was very few customizations added to ANR, most of the boss cannot be disabled which is perfectly fine cause they stay at their place (even if we have a DF config ;)), while RoT have so much more important world feature that should get a config right after the release. I'm very surprised we don't even got one of the Malbatross. But I sure do hope devs are looking to add them at some point even if it's the last update than not at all.
