Fishyboi Posted September 23, 2020 Share Posted September 23, 2020 I find that watching the world generation screens are a way to pass time while the world is generating but with caves on it doesn’t show up! I don’t understand why because solo don’t starve has a caves generation screen when creating a world! Is this a bug or is it intended? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe to prevent a long loading screen when you create a world since it will contain 1 forest and 3 caves with 3 ruins I believe in dst the entire world is generated before you choose character, that includes the caves Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Starlogy Posted September 24, 2020 Share Posted September 24, 2020 It's weird, because if you then decide to regenerate the world due to death or a vote, you'll get a world creation screen.
