Why does everyone have to wait 'X' amount of seconds because one random player just refuses to vote when the outcome would be the same anyway. 35 seconds is enough for a griefer to cause major damage when it is almost day, so the rb will be useless. So it doesn't matter what the griefer is doing during the countdown, if you started the vote before the next day has started (this could also be in the last seconds of the day). People often use rollbacks to undo their mistakes like dying to dragonfly and such.
