Rollback should be instant on popular vote

It's straight forward, if the majority of people voted for yes or no the change should be applied immediately. Why does everyone have to wait 'X' amount of seconds because one random player just refuses to vote when the outcome would be the same anyway. 35 seconds is enough for a griefer to cause major damage when it is almost day, so the rb will be useless. The same goes to kicking the player.

I think the time of starting the rollback vote is relevant, not the time the vote finishes. So it doesn't matter what the griefer is doing during the countdown, if you started the vote before the next day has started (this could also be in the last seconds of the day).

Rollbacks can be easily abused to just prevent dying. People often use rollbacks to undo their mistakes like dying to dragonfly and such. I think the rollback button should only be clickable if one person has burnt a structure or hammered a structure
