shadowDigga
Today I have discovered that one of my personal favorite mods has been removed from Workshop. I've managed to find its former page in Google Cache but, sadly, it doesn't let me download the mod. It also seems it was deleted from local files during syncing. The mod was called "Clock in caves" and this is its page (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1912697894) (Use google to find cached copy)

shadowDigga
I have found the solution. There's a subfolder called "cached_mods" located in the game files folder (the same where "data" and "mods" reside). Folders inside follow this naming convention {workshop-id}_{cached_version}. For example, for this mod workshop id was 1912697894, because link to it is (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1912697894). There was only one recorded version, so full folder name was 1912697894_0. Inside you can find download.cache file, which is actually a regular archive. If you unpack it, there will be folder named "download". Rename the folder to whatever you prefer to call the mod from now on (I called it clock_in_caves) and put it to the mods folder. I've also uploaded it so you don't have to go through all this. Here's the link: Hope this helped.
