I figured, why not play it with her or with another person while in quarantine? (There are currently 6 people confinated inside my house...) First, we tried with a pirate version of DST, it worked just fine, not a single problem coming up despite the fact that it was obviously offline (thanks to piracy) despite the fact that both computers were connected on the same wi-fi. Everything fine and dandy, I suggested about playing it with my original games, not only populating the game on Steam's Data but also enjoying some DLCs and cute costumes. It didn't work. We tried in online mode and offline mode. So... Don't Starve Together LAN works as long as we are piracing it. Steam seems to be f****g it up.
