You will see much more feedback coming in, if you recreate the error and post the client and server logs in the OP. Many people can't be arsed to unzip a mod and start a new server just to see what the error is, if any. Just trying to help :) I don't have time right now, but I'll take a look later.

Ok ive got what I wanted the only thing if someone can help me is the crafting tab image.  I had no problem with the mod icon but when i do 128x128 for the crafting menu, its being wonky.  Also im saving it as transparent but still appears like that,

Image formats make a huge difference. Are you sure you've saved your image as a transparent PNG and then converted it to DXT5 TEX? It might also be an erroneous XML file. I'm not sure. I'd have to see your mod files to figure it out. But first, try to go through the export process again, egnerating new TEX and XML files for the image.

Ill redo it, im using the atlas and tex packager from the forums, but ill try and do it separately

For icons in the crafting menu (outside of tab icons themselves) you'll want it to be 64x64. Atlas and tex packager is fine if you're already using it, as Handsome Matt's Tex Tools has some weird bugs in its latest version where it won't compile correctly. For the white background thing, you'd need to double check that the image is actually transparent.
