Allow petroleum engine to use ethanol

After the introduction of ethanol during the release, the petroleum generator was expanded to allow burning of ethanol as an alternate fuel. This however did not carry over to the petroleum engine, which still relies only on petroleum.

I think it`s ok. You can get a lot of free ethanol on certain maps while petroleum needs to be refined which takes a much bigger setup. It makes sense that endgame technology requires you to dig to the oil biome and mine the oil.

Getting a petroleum rocket is a whole lot more effort than setting up a petroleum refinery and pipeline. You have to send at least 2 rocket missions. A simple refinery is next to trivial when you have atmos (and you do, because the rocket requires a suit and the telescope requires an oxygen line).

That`s true. But with it requiring petrol it pushes you into a more linear progression and makes you explore the bottom of the map. For me it feels better that it takes some effort to refine the fuel rather than have it spawn on the map for free. I`m not totally against it though.
