SL33PW4LK
Please. What is the maximum amount of liquid that can be removed by duplicates with mop? and how much liquid is needed for a machine to be considered flooded? Thank you. crypticorb
The threshold for being able to assign a mop task to a tile of liquid appears to be 200kg, from my own experience. Any tile with more liquid will say "too much liquid". Even if a tile of liquid is at the bottom of a tank of a different fluid, such as polluted water at the bottom of your clean water tank from dupes peeing in it can be mopped up, so long as it is <200kg. Machines are an somewhat similar, as they will flood at around between 50-200kg, but will not be considered unflooded until they are completely cleared of liquid. Solid shipping buildings like autosweepers and auto-miners do not flood. whodunit
For mop orders, pretty sure it's 150kg. For flooding, building seem to work even at 200kg but after you reload they'll display the "flooded" error message. I've always used 50kg and never had a problem. Ixenzo
7 hours ago, whodunit said: For flooding, building seem to work even at 200kg but after you reload they'll display the "flooded" error message If you drip the liquid from a lip into a pit with the building in it, you can flood it with a full tile (e.g. 870 kg of crude). This only works with a single tile high layer and only until a reload.
