While on the topic of Hallowed Nights.. Could we look into the ability to change events during a world/server? Is this a possibility in the future? I understand they are limited to the seasonal event, after the event is over you can start a world to play that event year round, but then you’re stuck with only that event. I thought in previous years the world would still change to an active event. I have Halloween drops on my Winters Feast world from previous years. What prevents changing the events?

Also a similar topic. What is the difference between social, co-operative, competitive and madness and why can these be changed during an existing world?

I can't answer the first one for you, but I can answer the second one. Those options are used mostly just to describe what your world is going to be, sort of like a tag for what type of world people want to play.

You can change the actual events with the console commands and to be more precise :

You can change any details of your world settings (TheWorld) like hound waves and all the other stuff the same way, but once you generated your world, the game menu will not be able to edit it except what is on the Cluster (TheNet) side like player slots or pvp.

So here's a command that will turn on a single event :

TheWorld.topology.overrides.specialevent = SPECIAL_EVENTS.NAME

Just replace NAME with one of those events :

HALLOWED_NIGHTS
WINTERS_FEAST
YOTG (Year of the Gobbler)
YOTV (Year of the Varg)
YOTP (Year of the Pig)

All you have to do is to restart the world after entering the command.

But there's also a good client mod from adai1198 that allow you to change the events from the tab menu :

Like said, it's on the Cluster side, just like the server name and it's only used as a filter for peoples browsing them. ;)

This might be hard to do on my PS4.

:(

I really appreciate your help though.
