clmorning Posted October 12, 2019 Share Posted October 12, 2019 I last played about 6 weeks ago and everything was working fine. I try to start up a new game and it keeps crashing. There is one old save that I can load up just fine. All drivers are up to date and this is a brand new laptop, less than 6 months old so no issues there. I have lowered the video settings to the bare minimum, turned off the sound, deleted the game and re-installed. My drivers are up to date as far as I can tell. This is the only game I all of a sudden can't play. I do not download a bunch of nonsense so I know it's not a virus or anything similar. Nitroturtle Posted October 13, 2019 Share Posted October 13, 2019 Try deleting your 'Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded' folder. Though, make sure to backup any saves first if you want to keep them. You may have something messed up in the settings and I don't believe those files are purged when you delete the game.
