Is there a way to move my hosted world to a new PC??

You can copy the DoNotStarveTogether folder located in Documents onto a flashdrive, move it to the next pc, and replace the DNST folder on the new pc with the one on the flashdrive.

You can use alternatives such as cloud.

Yet I suggest copying the whole folder because as of today, it's impossible to just select one save and copy it without breaking everything else.

The cluster subfolders hold nothing of value if you're running single shard (a.k.a. forest-only) - in that case, the world data is under client_save/session/.../.
