As i mentioned before since there is no pressure simulation this would be really hard to implement. It would be funny though if liquids suddenly moved up a vacuum tunnel. But since micrograms of gas in a tile act the same as kilograms implementing vacuum suction might be a problem. Basically it would require changing a large portion of the simulation. Why would liquids try to expand to fill a vacuum? Thats not realistic at all. If the liquid evaporates then most likely it`ll establish a vapor preassure. But its not like it`ll reduce in density to fill the whole volume.
