Hibearnation vest blueprint and Down Feather from pig shop need some changes.

1) The Tinkerer's Tower:  Hibearnation vest blueprint is currently useless since dapper vest cannot be made in Hamlet. May be replace this blueprint with something else? Morning star/ poison spear blueprint can be usefuel.

2) 'The Sty' Oddities Emporium: Down Feather for 40 oinc, is way too expensive. This put weather pain's crafting cost to 400 oinc or more.

I mean, the biggest reason it's useless is that it's already part of the Hamlet recipe book anyway.

Personally I think boss drops are way, way too cheap, but as long as an eyeball is 50 oincs, 40 oincs is for a single feather is pretty disparate pricing. 20, maybe 15 would be better.

Yeah, I agree 15 or 20 oincs would be great. The weather pain is such a great item that spending 200 would be fine for me.
