Volcanea and Oceania should have the forest start

Recommended Posts

The sandstone biome is the only thing that makes Volcanea difficult.  Ethanol-based power production is cold enough to stabilize an insulated farm.  What it needs is a "perforated" magma biome for the lava tubes that lacks the abyssalite boundary and guarantees an upwelling.

Oceania should just be labeled a moderate start, tiered with Badlands.  You have to know what you're doing but you won't have many problems otherwise.

True just rellabelling it also works, because non forest starts are godly easy.
