If you have a hydrogen vent. You can use a hydrogen generator. But the output of the vent might be too marginal to use as a reliable source.

You can get oxygen from algae (Oxygen Diffuser), water (electrolizer), rust (rust deoxidizer) and oxyfern (which will cost you alot of water).

Depending on which of these resources you can sustain best, you should take that route. Each of them has it's "downsides". Algae is naturally ver limitted. So it wont serve you on the long run. Water is scarce as well, but at least you get some extra hydrogen out of the process. You will need to setup a good gas filter though (search for SPOM on the forum for examples).

The same goes with rust deoxidizers, but here you will end up with chlorine as a biproduct. Which might not have that many sinks (maybe squeeky puflets).

Going back to the power topic. You might want to use alot of manual generators as fallbacks. Have a hydrogen generator to burn your hydrogen. Add either a coal generator or a petroleum generator (petroleum or ethanol). And hope to find some natural gas on the long run to switch to NG generators.

Just send the chlorine to the saltvine to make more salt for the rust deoxidizer (but like algae, rust is limite ressource, the only substainable oxygen ressource is to find water or steam geyser and use electrolyser)
