Is there any updated character template?

Hi! I just wanted to start creating my own character. I am beginner so I need template of sample character. Is there any template that is updated and compatible with Hamlet? Thanks in advance!

AFAIK there's only the two templates available in the tutorial sections, and no they are not completely up-to-date. You'll have to study newer, acclaimed mods to see how the newer code looks like. Or ask on the forum about the bits that don't work. Most questions have been here before, so you can try searching the forums for each specific problem.

Ok, I will try to look for some updated characters mods and study them, eventually I will look for help on the forum.

Is this one compatible with Hamlet and has sneezing and sweat walking animations tho?
It probably doesn't because it was released in 2015. Is there any way to check Klei's official characters' templates? Maybe I can just copy them and remake?

Is it not good enough to look at the code for the original characters? Genuine question. I haven't worked with character mods myself.
