Game goes to normal speed or pauses in case of emergency

Currently starvation doesn`t do the strong alert sound as it sometimes happens when a dupe gets too hungry before the downtime and just stops his job to eat something. But alerts like suffocation or entombment could do that. It would be fine if you could toggle it.

This would be a great idea. Even when you do notice the alert right away the dupe only has a quarter health left because real life fast forward is crazy in-game speed. Pretty much a guarantee if you're playing on anything other than normal speed you won't be able to save a suffocating dupe.
