So I tried to make a mirrored image of this:

But it doesn't work the water stops at 1000kg per tile. Did I make it wrong or did Klei fix it?

You need two different types of gaz above the mesh tiles.

Hard to tell without the mouseover tooltips, but I see CO2 over the Geyser itself, which would suggest there is both CO2 and PO2 in the bubble.

I think @Saturnus misspoke

there is only CO2 in that picture

the tile above the mesh is polluted water, not PO2

that's the mistake, needs 2 gases there to push the polluted water down
