The same way as on any other server which has votes enabled. Tab/player_slot/kick button.

Also bear in mind that you need a set amount of days (I think its 20) in the world before you can start a vote

the votekick needs a huge change if you ask me. once i was with other 2 people on a server (so together we are 3 all in one). one of them started to grief and burn base. we could neither rollback, nor kick him out, because to start a kickvote, 3 people arent enough, you need at least 4. and to rollback, of course the griefer will click "no". so it will be 2:1 in the end and that makes the rollback fail.

so as already answered, start a votekick after a certain amount of days (until now i thought the one with the most days on the server is allowed to starts rollback/kick vote and the others only if they reach a certain day). but if you want a successfull vote, then you need at least 4 pepolpe (kickvote is only possible with at least 4. and to make rollback  successfull, 3 isnt enough if not all 3 say yes).
