How many seconds in one cycle?

How much O2 does one dupe need per day?  I see on the wiki stating 100g/s so shouldn't that be 10 dupes under optimum conditions and no positive/negative traits regarding O2 consumption?

What do you guys do for continous or near-continous operation?

To maintain a livable area yes it is about 100g/s per dupe.  However remember you need to fill the livable area between 1 to 2 kg per block first so you have to include that with your calculations

Also exo suit docks are extra

And I have proven before that my build can be done by cycle 50, if you rush the research it can be done by 30

 

It can be done fast enough that it's quite literally the first oxygen production I use unless there's unusually little oxylite in the starting area.

 

Although for some reason I've never considered using the Dupe Printer for light for my terrariums.

another option if you are short on oxylite but are not finished on researching automation is to build a reservoir on top of the mech door were you plan to build your terrariums then fill it with PW

manually open the doors and deconstruct the reservoir, you should get a 500kg PW bottle dropped down on your deodorizers

It should off-gas and make O2 almost as fast as an oxygen diffuser

step 1 build a reservoir over a deodorizer

step 2 fill reservoir with PW

step 3 deconstruct reservoir and let PW bottle fall on top of deodorizer

as the bottle off-gases PO2 the deodorizer will turn it into O2
