Enable resizing of in-game interface windows, at least vertically

Probably already suggested to hell and back, but couldn't find anything on the first 12 pages.

Essentially, we really need many in-game windows (schedules, priorities, vitals, consumables etc) to be resizable. As it is now, they become too small and cumbersome to use as soon as the number of duplicants exceeds 4 or 5. At the very least, ability to scale windows vertically would be a great plus.

Would also love for item lists to be scrollable.  When building or emptying a compactor, it's often possible to end up with tiles with a dozen or more different items laying on it.  Trying to find out how much Copper is actually sitting there can require a lot of map panning to make the item of interest show up on the hover.  I guess a better idea would be that when you click on an item, you get a new *scrollable* window that shows a list of all the other items in the same square, just name only is fine.
