New weapon idea.

So as of now spikes that drop from platypus are only used for bird wistle.

Let down if you ask me.

So the new weapon:

-3 spikes, 3 twigs, 1 rope

-Hambat dmg, range a bit longer than usuall melee weapons.

-Here's the trick: it'd use that unused stabbing animation, so you'd hit fewer hits.

Pretty good dmg, longer range and easy to make so that's why it should have that animation downside. What do yall think?

They made a stabbing animation to replace the spear animation in Don't Starve Together, but they simply didn't use it. There are tons of mods that change the animation to the stabbing one on the workshop, you could take a peak at those if you'd like.
