@donutman07 you are right about uncovering, but i want it uncovered normal way, by the player.
Some way, to reset areas fow? When i use Alt + q and save, areas are uncovered..
But when i save selection and paste it, fog is reset for the "broken/unknown" areas..

Yes, but i would like to know, when this areas are created/"reset" with the debugtool.
Not possible to enter those zones, without debug (Alt+q)

Perhaps your map is generated before [Game Update] - 246040
its a bug that make some ruin's fow stay until the end of the world.
Also mentioned by dev Ipsquiggle the bug will only fix in new maps so you can just live with the black spot or make a new world ;)

The map was created over the last two days, i tried to create a fresh one where i paste my saved "structure" into, but then i get the same shadow areas, but on different locations, where they been placed while mapgen (with old poi). When my base is placed over an old poi shadow, shadow will stay "unknown" there and the old shillouette (ruins for example), is visible.
That's a bad thing. Have i to generate a map without poi and place my structure there, to prevent that?
Is there a way, to make poi/ shadow areas in debug visible?

I'm still not fully understand what happened.
You create a world and then try to remove ruins by debug tool, but you can't remove the fog. Is my understanding right?

Maybe you can try to create world without ruins.

Thank you :)
I did and placed my template inside, same shadows at exactly same spots, and found
 preventFoWReveal: true
- element: ChlorineGas
  mass: 6.82425234E-05
  temperature: 294.10498
  location_x: -41
  preventFoWReveal: true
- I clear my template up and retry later.
