DST Locked Characters

So when the update "Stuck in the middle with Ewe" came out, Wendy was implemented. However, when I went to select her as a character, she was the only locked character out of all the unlocked ones.

 

In an attempt to resolve the situation, I deleted the DoNotStarveTogether folder in documents ( as I thought the default had all the characters unlocked so Wendy would also unlock). The result was that Wilson was the only unlocked character. 

 

I have no clue how to fix this. Would love some help. Thanks!

I actually have no idea. There's no xp system in DST now. So it'd make sense if she was unlocked. But if she isn't I don't think I know what to do. Anybody else know what this is?

Idk, maybe you have to have her unlocked in the normal dont starve? If you dont have that, then i'm not sure.

@lolololo5, As part of the More DST Characters mod I have it unlock all the characters. I know there used to be a nicer way to do this in single-player, but I don't think it works here. So you could install that, host a game briefly, and then remove it. That should hopefully unlock all your characters again.
