Steps to Reproduce

1. build a wash basin, fill it with water

2. have a duplicant with dirty hands walk past it, washing their hands

3. note the hanging animation

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
