Rocket - Change crew Auto - Crew Sits Idle

Should the Crew just sit Idle in the Capsule with the Auto setting. They way it reads they should go about their normal activities until the Launch button is pressed. When the Launch is pressed shouldn't all other Duplicants leave, the Crew enter and the Rocket launch?

Steps to Reproduce

1) Build a Rocket.

2) Select Crew.

3) Press Change crew to Auto,

 




User Feedback


The buttons states they will do their regular duties until it is ready to launch. It does not say anything about pushing a button. At this time it looks like it only following a launch checklist. If other areas of the check list where used bunker doors might be able to prevent a ready state.

I also experienced this.

Blocking the rocket did not release the dupe.  Reloading did not fix (unlike the co2 engine not loading also shown)

Well the issue is eventhough the Checklist is not complete the Dupelicant won't leave the Rocket. Also the Button [Auto] should have a little diffrent function in my opinion. This makes it impossible to automate them and you need to micromanage like hell.

I will write a short line here and link to a suggestion when i have written it.

The idea of the Auto button would be that the Rocket can be Automated. I would add two logic ports. One of them gives out a green signal (On) when the Checklist is complete. The other one Requests the crew to the Rocket. The second one can maybe be combined with the Launch Input Port. But i would keep them seperated since we need a launch signal which opens Gates.
