No Stinky as starting dupe, but Meeps are now there

Probably some configuration mistake. While I think we were never told the reasoning, Meep could not be rolled at the start up to now and Stinky was always available before. I just re-rolled 200 times and got 4 Meeps but zero Stinkies.

Steps to Reproduce

Starte new game, re-roll a few hundred times, see Meeps being offered but no Stinkies.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

The issue was introduced in the January update and happens in the base game too. Will be fixed in the next update.
