Steam turbine & Engie tune up

Steam turbine simply ignore engie tune up buff. This bug is beeing reported many time : 

 

 

 

 

Maybe now is time to fix it, or maybe not? 

Steps to Reproduce
Build a steam turbine (in debug mode), use engie tune up on it. Run steam turbine one cycle. Look in game report how many watts turbine created. Now deconstruct & construct steam turbine (without engie tune up). Run it for one cycle. Look at report. Numbers are SAME as in previous try.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I just tried this in sandbox on isolated power circuits to see if it was just a display bug, nope, batteries charged at the same rate for tuned up and non-tuned turbines, even with steam way above the temp for max power

Changed Status to Fixed

Next patch will contain a fix for this issue. Thanks for the report and for gathering together the old bugs!!
