Restart loop

I got out of the loop by hitting the windows key and going into the workshop and unsub and resub to the mod. left the mod off though. as far as I know it still hasn't updated, which seems to be the problem.

Press "esc" at the second restart delete warning window and give access for playing.

I got out of it but rapid left mouse clicking on where the mod button is when the game restarted before the restart message box appears. I got a different message box, thoughI did have to restart again but the mods were turned off when it had restarted allowing me to turn them back on and restarted one last time and everything was fine.

delete completely the game (by steam and file manager) and this issue is gone.

Hey, thanks for the report. This will be fixed in the next patch. Note that if you were stuck in the restart loop, after the patch some mods will become disabled. You can reenable them and there should be no further incident.
