As the screenshot below shows, it's using power and producing heat even though no petroleum is being pumped into it and isn't producing anything:
(Also if anyone is wondering how I built those heavy watt tiles, I actually didn't, I just spawned them in with instant build mode)
Steps to Reproduce
Build a polymer press, supply it with power and connect all the required pipes to it (but don't actually pump any petroleum into it).

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
