Oxyfern seed disappears from storage bin

I did it again with a third seed.

It's enough to have pips around your storage bin. They will forage the seed out of the bin, produce the visual glitch and the seed is lost.

I'm also noticing seeds going missing with PIPs around  and the seeds don't actually get replanted either.

Example the Peppernut seed I've been tracking the number of seeds I have and was hoping they would replant the in the sealed room  but the seeds disappears and my count goes down and the plant does NOT get replanted at all.
