If you have a normal tile, it is possible to order building a plastic tile in its place, without first ordering to deconstruct the tile and being able to order construction of the plastic tile only after the original tile has been deconstructed. However this is not possible with ladders, the original ladder must be explicitly deconstructed first. It'd be nice if ladders worked consistently with tiles.
