Invalid Construction Location (but not really)

If you flip the water distiller with [O] it will give this error.

Also the heavy-watt joint plate always gives this error.

Steps to Reproduce
Flip and place the water distiller.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I haven't been able to place a heavi-watt joint plate anywhere.  I've tried all combinations with relation to other tiles and power lines and it always says that it is an invalid construction location.
