Instead of getting damaged, oil well doesn't accept polluted water but keeps emitting natural gas.

Steps to Reproduce
Pump polluted water into an oil well
Go to bugs

Is there any progress on this or any of the other issues? There's no error message and no way to empty an oil well with the wrong fluid in it.
